TIME FOR FLEXICLUB TO DEMONSTRATE COMPASSION

As everyone knows, South Africa has been in lockdown for over 9 months now. During most of that period, we Flexiclubers has not been able to use our membership. Resorts were not open and even now, not all are fully operational.

To aggravate matters, the new strain of Covid19 is definitely dissuading people from leaving their homes and going on holiday.

The net result is that we are paying fees every month/ year for a membership that we, in effect, cannot use!!

In these circumstances, surely Flexiclub should be doing something to ease the pain of its members. Why cant it give members a DISCOUNT on next years levies OR give members a PAYMENT HOLIDAY. A third option is to give members COMPLIMENTARY POINTS.

Flexiclub has always tried to tell members ( and the public in general) about the benefits of belonging to the club. Well, now is the perfect time for the Club to put its words into action.

ITS TIME FOR FLEXICLUB TO DEMOSTRATE COMPASSION!

Reviewer Update
Yesterday I posted a few comments concerning Flexiclub, more specifically about having to pay annual levies even though I have not been able to use my membership.

Early this morning, Reshma phoned to discuss my grievances. To summarise our discussion, let me say that Flexiclub took into consideration my concerns and was prepared to make certain concessions.

I was rather impressed and am quite satisfied with the way that they have accommodated me. My grateful thanks to Reshna and the Powers that Be at Flexiclub.
