About time these ********** get what they deserve. I urge all members do the same to get their monies back which have been wasted on points.

This year, the National Consumer Commission (NCC) finally took steps against the industry, when it said in July it was embarking on public hearings into timeshare. But while the hearings have seen endless delays, action is only expected well into next year. And until the commission’s made its recommendations to the Minister of Trade and Industry, and amendments to the Property Timesharing Control Act (PTCA) have been approved by Parliament, consumers are likely to continue being stuck with contracts, ******ionate levies, timeshare for which they cannot book and ...

Thank you for your post. 
 The NCC made its rulings on the timeshare Industry some time ago – they have published these in the media and to the entire industry: their findings are not consistent with what you have suggested below.  We suggest that you read the following excerpt, also from the Pretoria news https://www.iol.co.za/mercury/business/why-the-timeshare-option-makes-perfect-sense-***0 and published in March 2019, quite some time after the NCC made their findings public.  We really believe that this will assist in correcting your perception of the Industry and welcome any further discourse in the matter.
