Their word is worth nothing

I have a Flexi Club Account for the last 10 years. I really cannot afford this any more. Last year June they phoned me and with a deal we made ......I had to pay my levies with a 30% discount if I pay immediately. I did pay it and now that I really do have a person who want to take my points over. I really do not sell it....I give it away to get it of my name. Now Flexi Club employees come with a excuse that I must now pay the 30% discount that was given to me in June. I really cannot afford this anymore and I really do not want to make money with it. I am prepared to give it away only to get it of my name.<br> <br> I do have a person who wants to take it. He already paid the transfer fees and now Flexi Club refuse to debit my account with the 3600.00. Now I really want them to phone me or better still lets go to court. I cannot keep this up and seeing that I made a plan so that they can still get there levies in next year.....they refuse so now they must really see what will happen next year. They can now pay my fees seeing that I really tried my best to make a plan for myself and for them.
