I booked a holiday through Flexiclub which was a sporting holiday, unfortunately the sporting body canceled all sporting activities within the province so I asked Flexiclub if I could please cancel my booking via email and was called by a service agent saying they have canceled my booking and I will get all my point credited tha is very much Flexiclub
