SHAMEFUL FLEXICLUB

At the end of last year, Flexiclub (kindly) waived part of the levies for 2021 as I was not able to use my membership for most of 2020. Naturally, I did not receive any points for 2021.

I was given the balance that I had to pay and paid it immediately. Now, they say that there is an amount of R883.40 outstanding and I will be blacklisted if it is not paid.

BUT I PAID WHAT THEY TOLD ME TO PAY!!! Emails to the person that I dealt with are totally ignored.

WHAT A SHAME!!
