Service Excellence

Excellent service received from agent Sarah Lee Catin on 16-Nov-2023. My online booking did not get processed and I called Flexi Holiday Club. I was pleasantly surprised that my call got answered with a long call centre wait. Sarah then assisted me patiently and also helped me to find another reservation. Most times service providers say they will call back but they don't. Sarah called back within 30 minutes as she promised. This is a well deserved review for service excellence.
