Selling Flexi Club Membership

I am a flexi club member and have been for 3 years now. There is never dates available when one wants to go on holiday and for some other reasons as well I have not seen the benefit of being a member. Now trying to sell the membership is ridiculous as they offer R0.80 per point which cost R11,50 initially. The initial expense to me and my family was over 100k ZAR. What does the South African Consumer Protection Act say about this, please help?
