Rude service at the vacation zone

A colleague and I were walking to the bathroom when a man approached us with a competition flyer. When we both won, the man asked our age, 21 and 23, and encouraged us to claim our prize. When we arrived at the vacation zone we were greeted with a bad attitude from a woman called Aida. She claimed that we were only given the flyer cause we look 13, which we do not and that the competition would only apply to our parents or to couples. None of this was mentioned in the flyer but apparently was stated in the t's and c's and when I asked about the t's and c's she said that that's why I went to school. We are extremely disappointed by this service and we will never holiday here again.
