******* club an membership cancellation

I joined flexi club in 2018. 1st when I joined I was told that it was a 3 year contract. Which was a lie ofcourse. Booking is a mission. We had places we can book in every province for the 1st year. 2and and 3rd year the places were all removed limiting us to very few provinces and places. If you want to book to those province you must upgrade with R6500. I have been trying to call the club to cancel my membership because in honest truth I am paying for nothing as I can't book in places and provinces. I can't be waisting R500 a month to book in one province forever. The automated person is not audable so you can't hear the information she is telling you. Flexi club is ******* club. You pay and pay but they can't deliver. I am tired of it and I want these membership to be cancelled. I would advice none to join it.
