Refusal to Cancell my membership by flexi club

-Refusal by Flexi Club to Cancel Membership I have been a member of Flexi club which when I joint the erroneously made my husband the main member while I was responsible for the account. I sent an email to cancel my membership because of their bad terrible services. - requesting cancellation of my membership. They have now requested me this and that and informed me that they can not help me unless I my husband write to them and informed me that I need to pay a Cancellation fee which I was never informed of from the beginning of the contract. I find their conduct unacceptable and discourteous. I have been faithfully paying them monthly without me getting the service I was told I will get. I am now fed up that even when I informed them of my cancellation they still continue to debit my account. flexi club I wont stop fighting for my rights until justice is served to the end. I will make you famous this is just the beginning watch me.
