Promises kept

I wrote a review with one star about this company last week about all their empty promises , look at my rating now .Less than 30 minutes later I was contacted by Faith to sort out my problem . The same day I received 3 calls from Flexiclub as to inquire about my problem . Faith did all the necessary but on a word document instead of a PDF , this was rectified by Reshma and everything was sorted within 3 working days , it's women's month and these 2 women ROCK , thank you so much !!!!
