Product mispresentation

<p>I was in durban november 2014 when i was approached by flexi club agent who took me to the palace and after explaining to how flexi club works i was so happy and bought one of their packages. 2015 i tried booking for a holiday cause i had 3000 point by then i was told that you dont pay nothing more you just use the available point for you accommodation, only then i discovered that there is a top up amount that i must pay, tried raising the issue with the complaints department and i was told i signed there is nothing they can do besides i dont have evidence of that i was told, 2016 february i went to durban again but this time i had the conversation recorded at the same place (the palace). april i tried sending them the evidende but was told this one is not the original one when i was sold the package, i am so gatvol with these guys you will never win against them, i wrote and E-mail to their customer care which is a different E-mail now, when they called me back and i told them the merit of the complain i was told to take it up with the manage of the palace, called the palace only to be told i need to call vacation club not them, its like i am being send from pillar to post, i will stop the debit order and block them if i dont get help soon..</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
