Poor value for money

It is so disappointing when you buy into an expensive holiday plan thinking it is going to make things easier to go on good holiday, then you find out that when you try to sell your shares, your points are not worth much and you have to use somebody else to sell your points... reselling for about R1 a point after having paid R14 a point. I come to Coasta Smeralda (where I was last yr in Margate) and you find that the washing machine and tumble driers have been removed and even too make it worse, there is no drying rack.... for a place like the sea where a person has a beach towel wet at least once daily. So then we are told that we can use the "laundry" for R50 a wash / tumble dry. Nobody warns you. The way I see it, if anyone wants to waste money - they must buy points into flexiclub as there is no resale value and then without any notification, things are removed from the accomodation... where is our levies going to?
