Poor service
I want to change my banking details and tried several times to contact the accounts department of Flexi club without success. they took messages and said they will call be back but in vain. Nothing happens. I don't understand why it should be so hard to change your banking details. I think the only option left is to cancel my debit order. Maybe then someone will contact me.
