Points and levy balances written off after cancellation

I had successfully cancelled my membership (after many many years) and used up all my points and levy balance in 2020. All my bookings were thereafter cancelled because of Covid lockdowns.

When I tried to rebook, I found that I was no longer registered. On enquiry on 31 December 2020, my points were reinstated but not my levy which had a balance in excess of R16 000.

Not at all fair.
