Points and Holiday Savings

<p>Im utterly disappointed by the service I received from Flexi Club. I called this morning about Open Day Season - meaning you can book your December/January holiday of your choice by using your Points and Holiday Savings, only to hear from the call centre agent named Bhavishnee (after putting me on hold for few minutes) that I'm not allowed to book any holidays during that period.. WTH!!!! <br />I have been querying about the holiday since January 2017 and the call centre agents who returned my calls after I sent emails said I must call today 13 February 2017.<br />This is the only time in the year when we as family can go on holiday.<br />If this is the case then I want to terminate my contract and demand to be refunded for all the premiums I have been paying for Points and Holidays Savings that I can't even use and are worthless to me.<br />Furthermore, I will never recommend your company to anyone.</p>
