Plenty promises with sly actions and sneaky moves

Once again Flexi Holiday Club could not proof me wrong!!! I, Member 113365 was contacted and offered a week at Margate Sands, With my savings on the low side the Agent offered me the option to pay the additional holiday contribution via EFT. The booking was done and soon I was to receive a "Provisional Invoice" that very clearly state "The Guest Certificate will be issued immediately upon receipt of the additional Holiday contributions amount due reflected. Monies due were paid only to find that Flexi Holiday Club have decided to allocate same as they see fit and refuse to issue the Certificate. See I am still in the process of paying my yearly fee. Plenty promises with sly action and sneaky moves. Despite desperate actions and E-mails not even the courtesy of a phone call. Regrettably Flexi Club is no longer a reputable organisation. Typical as they no longer employ people that are proud and honest. Well done Flexi Club you have done it again.
