Pathetic Service

I have booked a holiday and was not informed that the resort booked does not have cleaning service over the weekend. What is the purpose of going on a holiday if those services are not provided. Also resorts have been removed from the list, why is that? and we need to pay cash to use certain resorts. Why must we do that when we have more than enough points and savings to book this. We pay annual fees to be in this club that should cover our holiday needs and i dont see this. if this resort does not cover weekend cleaning service i want to cancel this booking with no extra costs. Also, i had to call 8 times to get through to a consultant. Everytime a consultant answers, my call gets cut. I am considering cancelling my membership with you. please can someone call me on ***.
