Pathetic service
PLEASE ADD A ZERO STAR RATING, 1 STAR IS STILL A UNDERSTATEMENT. I can never EVER make a booking on dates and resorts of my choice. R53 000 of MY money is lying with ****mers. No assistance, I was insisting on speaking to a manager after 15 minutes my call was discontinued. How do I get rid of this so called holiday club
