Over charged

U can't cancel. They debit when they want to expecting money to be in ur account. Then charge extra for non payment. U can't go on holiday unless payment up to day but just pay and they will make sure u in arrears again by debit wring dates wrong amounts. It's been a year we want to pay the arrears to get up to date so we can cancel but no one give the correct totals one says not arrears others say arrears *** don't join they useless
