No response to my complaint.
Nobody bothers to return your calls. After I made a strong complaint regarding their accounting error on my account and the subsequent threat of legal action from Flexiclub, nobody calls me back. You cannot escalate a complaint past the call centre as they will not give you the contact information of the Manager or MD.
