The concept of flexi club is good however in practice this a terrible service.<br> <br> The only time you can book a holiday seems to be only a year in advance at any time of year.<br> <br> The call centre is rude and unhelpful. They wont even help with basic questions regarding availability.<br> <br> It seems to be a game of try to prevent people from using their points so they can make more profit.<br> <br> Be careful , be very careful before you trade in your timeshare to this club. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
