NEVER DEAL WITH FLEXI CLUB

Flexi club, passing the buck... A few months ago I posted on Hello Peter the bad service from flexi club and how they out to rob and ***** from ppl... We thought the nightmare was over wen we send them all the documentation they requested proving that we have cancelled the contract before the cooling off period. A few days later they called me to say its been fully cancelled. But ever since than we notice that there was a judgment on my mothers name, since than its been back and forward... We than called flexi club who than told us to call the credit bureau, they than said we need to get a letter from the customer to remove it. Again flexi club has been called to ask for a latter who they than said we need to call the attorneys, the attorney's than said we need to get a letter from the customer!!! Again I phoned flexi club a few weeks ago and they were going to get back to me but never did. I called again today and now AGAIN I need to call the attorney's cause for some reason we still need to pay them... BAD BAD BAD NEVER EVER THINK OF DOING ANYTHING WITH FLEXI CLUB...
