Flexiclub and first Group are pathetic

I've been a member since 2001 my wife passed away in August last year despite telephonic advice and many emails from my self and the administrator (12/2 2020 and 9/4/2020) of our joint estatewe have not had the courtesy of a reply one of the dbtors control people contacted me and all documents were sent but guess what no response as tjis is a joint estate the administrator cannot finalize the estate until these people respond all i get from them is a sms saying 'we care lets fix it. we dont want you to be penalised" AN ABSOLUTE LIE NO fees will be paid until the estate is finalised be careful what you let yourself in for with this crowd
