My debit order was never cancelled!!!

After coming to an agreement with Miss Margret Francis from Flexi Club on 9 October 2015 via emails and also via recorded telephone calls, she informed me that my account will be frozen for the next 6months and my debit orders will be cancelled. Guess what? the debit order went off and when I called their offices a consultant named Faith suggested that I have to go to the bank and do a reverse payment but I have to pay the bank cost. What??? My bank account in arrears now and I want my money back as I'm not working .<br> <br> Pathetic service!!!<br> <br> Please assist!!
