MISLEADING CONSULTANT

hi <br> <br> 1.i was told that I could cancel at any given time<br> 2.i was told my voucher can be used at any time (now it can not be used during peak season and has to be booked 6 weeks prior)<br> 3.i was told that I can use my points any time during the year and now I get told during peak that I cannot <br> 4.i was also told that Suncity was part of the accomadation<br> <br> Please cancel my contract asap as I have been misled on many occasions!!!<br> <br> people are on there way to the beach when approaced and truely believe that the palace in durban as well as there staff have morals to uphold rather than to mislead clients and have the contract state differently <br> <br> i am more upset that i cannot use my timeshare during peak periods than anything else <br> <br> all the damn consultants here with in flexi whatever are only intrstested in themselves - some client care <br> <br> just cancel my contract and i will be happy <br> <br> the star will be informed about this matter as well <br>
