I needed some help and i sent an email then decided to call Flexi Club and spoke to an employee on the reservations desk call Mershin Naidoo. In the 20 years i have been a client of the Club i have never had such good service. Mershin helped me in my endeavour and also explained the way to book vacations to help me not to lose points.
