Magalies Complaint

Hi I stayed at the Magalies Park Resort 1-5 Feb 2021 and my feedback and complaint: * Good facilities * Unit is very poorly mainained * on arrival no Covid SEAL on the door. bins not cleared * due to bins not emptied before we arrived the area around the bin was full of ******s and place badly littered * Far too many rules if you want to enjoy the facilities. It was a real burden * i asked to check out an hour late on the 5th and the kind lady said she needs to speak to the manager. * she came back to me and the managre blatantly refused without consideration. The reason being that there as a last-minute request for a Zoom meeting
