Lousy service turns GOOD

<p>For a few weeks I have been getting calls from Flexiclub accounts informing me that I owe them money, and everytime I speak to the different agent, no one listens, they promise you world and deliver JACK. Eventually I got hold of Faith Joseph... man what a difference. This lady listened, understood, followed up, phoned back, drew down my phone calls etc. etc. and in the end we were able to sort out the issues. Thank you Faith Joseph you have restored my faith in call centre agents. I only hope that FlexiClub appreciates what they have in you as a representative and employee. Many thanks Dawn Goodman</p>
