Long outstanding redo of website due for Flexi Club

Should the Flexiclub website have worked, it would have been a lovely experience to deal with them. Fortunately they have the friendliest customer service staff. Once again Mershin Naidoo came to their rescue today, solving my problem and saved me from frustration. Thanks Mershin. I am so glad for these people, but the question always comes up ...Why, after all these years, is the website still not functioning properly?
