Levies not aged properly now for more than 7 years

It seems to be impossible to get a correct value of my levies which will expire at the end of next year. I have been sending emails and even to a manager and yet no joy. This has been going on since prior to 2016 and the excuses of software systems installed etc etc. Most levies for the next 3 yrs have been put into next years expired line when I pay my full amount on 1 Oct each year and then they treat me as if I am dumb and do not answer my questions
