Level of unprofessionalism
I've been a member of flexi club for 5years, i recently send them an email informing them of my financial difficulty, i therefore decided to cancel my membership, but up until now nothing happen i only get automated emails that they will get back to me is been over 3weeks now.
It shows a level of unprofessionalism from this company, all they care for is to debit money from their members and they have no interest to listen or to help them...how can we refer people who are interest to join this club if you give us bad service?
Maybe you can proof me wrong these are emails reference #issue *** & #issue *** my membership no 831121 (Flexi Access).

30 Jan 2020, 15:51My matter is not resolve exactly I was told to pay R500 & something rands to the club I don't know that money is for what? According to the statement I have send to you I'm not owing anything to the club...All I need is to cancel the membership as I can no longer afford it. I'm willing to loose all my holiday savings as I'm finding it hard to continued paying my membership.
