Just clear my name

Signed up with flexi club in 2016 and never used your service. In 2019 I sent email to cancel my membership, with no luck. I stopped the debit order. In 2020 tried again, they **** by saying they tried calling me, why not reply to my email since I opted to cancel via email. They black listed me. Finally got someone, they said I should pay the cancellation fee, and after a month my name will be cleared. Two month going for three months, they don't reply to my emails, their numbers don't go through. Do you guys enjoy ******** people...
