Irritated because of unprofessional behaviour

To Whom it may concern,

I am a very irritated EX-FLEXI-CLUB / EX-CLUB-LEISURE member. I have been trying to cancel my membership with this organisation since 2018. Club-Leisure and Flexi-Club has not only bluntly ignored all of my correspondence, all the recorded calls and telecommunication and emails, but have proceeded to charge me fees to the order of: R13,636.68 in arrears, interest charged of R732.22 and Future charges of R13,915.83, trying to make me liable to the order of R28,284.73.

This activity is downright *******, unconstitutional and ********.

I am copying in this communication all of the possible contact details and all of the social media platforms so that the public will get to know how ******** and ********* Club-Leisure and Flexi-Club is.

I will continue this communication on these and many more platforms until I receive a full cancelation of the costs, an apology and compensation for the frustration and exploitation of my rights for the financial benefit of this ******* and unprofessional organisation.
