Incorrect information supp**** by sales consultant

We were cornered into buying flexi club holiday shares in July while we were on holiday in Durban. We have paid all the monies that we had to pay and we don't owe flexi-club anything and the consultant told us that we are on Flexi ELITE which is the best \level"to be on as we have access to many resorts. When we bought the shares we were told that we will be able to book our December holiday and now when i called the call centre in September to make a booking i was told that December bookings were opened in February and there is no availability in the whole of South Africa which i find hard to believe.
