Incompetence of consultant

One of the consultant made a booking for me at Mabula lodge.I requested a 8 sleeper but she said she would book 2 chalets for me.Anyway I agreed.When I check with the lodge where are the chalets only to realise that they are 4km apart.Firstly I explained to her that I bringing along my family.I tried to make the club aware of the problem but to no vail.Now my kids are stucked far from us and mind you it's self catering.How are we suppose to have our meals?I had never regretted vacation in my life but this one is one hell of a frustration.I am now worried how are we going to enjoy our stay if we're not together.
