Incompetant Flexi-Club

I just want to say how absolutely pathetic the account management at Flexi-club is. I don't believe they communicate with each other, as I had to explain the same situation several times to several people and still they did not get it right. I agree NOT TO declare a contract void in which they use some-one else ID number and name. I also agreed to pay the outstanding amount NOT BY A DEBIT order, but as a once of payment within 11 months. I would do that rather than to declare the contract void. Flexi-club (or is it Club Leisure), just keep on trying to get the payment through debit orders and they keep on charging me interest. Well, I have just paid what they asked, but I will as sure as hell not let them get away with it. I will contact my lawyer and I will lay a charge for the interest and penalties at the small claims court. I tried to make bookings about 10 minutes ago just to find that my account is closed???
