Impossible to cancel, no customer service, no responses

We have been trying to cancel for nearly 2 years. After finally thinking we are sorted, we get a notification for 2022 fees. No one seems to be able to get this right. No one responds to emails. No one wants to help. This is the biggest **** in South African toursim.
