Impossible to cancel and get judgement against you

I have been a member of Flexi Club for more than 10 years. When I was unemployed I asked them to cancel my membership as I cannot afford to pay thousands of Rands for something I used once in 10 years. They never cancelled my membership and has put a judgement on ITC against my name. <br> <br> Now that I called them again, they admit I cancelled and that I owe nothing, but are ignoring my request to sent this to me in an e-mail.<br> <br> Their lawyers Louis Hans Meyer attorneys says I never paid anything!!! Where did my money go that I paid them? <br> <br> I want the contract cancelled backdated 3 years ago and the judgement removed off my name withing the next week or I will contact the National Consumer Commission, which has had a court case against Flexi Club and say they are not a real club for doing this kind of thing to members.<br> <br> Every time you contact them you speak to someone else and nobody is able to give you any answers.
