I really wish to cancel

I cannot afford flexi any more all I want is a cancelation fee and close them so I can never have a problem with them again they deduct whenever they feel like it money in account or not they giving me a bad credit history and deduct any amount making my debit's unpaid I am now sitting homeless coz my lease cannot be extended coz of flexi on my bank statement and credit profile. I don't know why the goverment don't do anything about flexi there are so many complaints just shut them down please. They rexcuse to cancel your service. And they ***** coz they never told u the true story when signing up. I know who ashraf signed us up and I have a witness what all he said and how he said u can cancel if u cannot afford it anymore coz they practicly forced this on us when my husband said his job is not secure. None of us is working and our uif is going to flexi only to keep our names clear coz we can't get jobs with bad credit. I hate flexi club I wish they loose their business get shut down. Coz they lie to the ppl and deliberately deduct wring amounts and dates so u won't use ur credits. Ppl please so not join flexi club. I tried to cancel many times everytime they say pay more.
