FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT SERVICE

During our holiday at Beacon Island, we were contacted by Terence Blatt, the Garden Route representative for Flexi Club. He asked whether we were enjoying our holiday and whether there were any problems. I mentioned that I was a little concerned that a fee had been debited by Flexi Club, which I thought was not payable. He took the trouble to come to the resort to try and resolve the matter. I cannot remember the exact date or time. He agreed that the fee in question should not have been debited and thought there may have been an administrative error. Thank you, Terence, for going the extra mile and being so helpful!!!
