Flexiclub refuses to cancel booking at resort in Covid Hotspot

West Coast was declared a COVID-19 Hotspot during the presidential address on 28 December 2020. I immediately attempted to cancel my booking at Club Mykonos with Flexiclub but it seems Flexiclub is in the business of making money and not attempting to keep people home and safe, as the president suggested.

I refuse to put my family at risk especially after so many people have lost their lives. What is the point of spending all that money for a break when you end up having to stay indoors just to stay safe. It is ridiculous that Flexiclub is not flexible with the cancelation of this booking. I even asked to amended the booking to a later date as the booking falls within the 14 day presidential lockdown but Flexiclub's Creolin remained heartless.
