Flexiclub not taking me serious

I have been a member of Flexiclub for more than 15 years. Been paying Levies every year. My challenge started 2 years ago when I cancelled. They are continuing to charge me yearly levies and they are even able to send my profile to itc when payment does not come through. I really need assistance as to where can I go and lay a complaint about them. My member no is 072262 Thank you
