Flexiclub cancellation

I had to cancel the booking for me and my daughter 13 to 17 Februarie at Mabalingwe. My daughter is 6months pregnant an fell ill. She was advised by her doctor to stay in bed for at least two weeks. The agent at your offices advised me as follows: I have to pay a R400 penalty fee for the cancellation and the points and savings will not be credited to my account. I am annoyed en insulted that the agent said if it was a husband that fell ill, the credits would have been made to my account. To make it clear.... I am not married and I am a pensioner. I am surely allowed to have my daughter as my guest. I insist that the credits be made to my Flexi Club account. Your prompt feedback in the abovementioned regard is appreciated.
