FlexiClub are ******* and prey on people like leeches

[##Issue ***##] Since September of 2019 I have been requesting cancellation of membership due to financial affordablity. I have sent numerous emails and spoken to consultants,namely Creolin Naidoo. As advised by consultant that I should send cancelation request in Jan, done so on the 7th Jan 2020 but haven’t heard a word

I have tried to resolve this matter amicably but emails goes unanswered and when you speak to consultant they want to sell you something else even though you state you CANNOT afford it, they persist and insist which is thievery.

My account was debited today and is sitting in a bigger negative balance that is *****ing in my opinion, for I have tried to cancel something that in the past I could afford but NOT anymore

How do you people at flexiclub sleep at night? May God almighty give you whats coming to you for putting people through difficulty

FYI by saying thank you for reporting the issue/bringing it our attention doesn't help. I want membership canceled so that I can die in peace...
