Flexickub timeshare

I have been a member of Flexiclub for a long time. However more often than not booking a timeshare is very difficult. The response is usually unfortunately we don't have the resort or week that u require. The points seem to b a waste of time. The irony is that one has to pay a fee upfront for the year without any guarantee of a booking. Recently a unilateral decision has been implemented ie one has to pay a R150 administration fee each time one books timeshare which is ludicrous. Another decision is that if one wants to book certain resorts then u have to pay cash despite the fact that they have your money in their account which they have probably utilized or earning interest on. The National Consumer Council was investigating this group at one stage but there seems to have been very little feedback. Previously , I dealt with a consultant called Nitesh who was very helpful. However dealing with Fiona or Creolin has been a waste of time with no feedback. Consultants Working from home is a challenge if feedback is poor.
