Flexi Holiday wrongly blacklisting people!

My Mother has been inconvenienced by Flexi Club because they have blacklisted her and this is affecting her day to day living! Can this mess be sorted out, what type of contract binds someone for life?

Can this be sorted ASAP, cancell the account as you were supposed to have done in 2019 and send her a letter to that effect so she can clear her name at the credit bureau My mother’s Acc No is 427726

Flexi sorted out the contract. Can they now remove the blacklisting they did at the credit beureau as they are inconveniencing her!
