Flexi Holiday Club Membership Cancelation

I am a very loyal Customer to Flexi holiday club for many years and honestly I enjoyed them very much. Till I was medically boarded in February 2021. I tried my best till now to keep it financially up to date. In October 2022 I received several calls from Flexi club trying to get me to change from my current plan to another 10 years plan, but then they will cancel 2023's new points that just came out and suddenly I must start paying more. The more I tell them that I can't afford it anymore, the more they want me to change the plans.

All I want is to cancel Flexi club in total as I do not have money to pay the monthly fees anymore. I do not even have a pension that I can rely on. The only money that I receive is the old age pension from SASSA. Please help me to cancel this membership.

They do not want me to cancel my membership but I cant afford it.
