Flexi Club website login

Apart from many other negative things I can say about Flexi Club they seem to have recurring problems with validating passwords when trying to login on the website. I experienced it in December and again now. All they can say is that it is a problem and they are working on it. Clearly something is wrong and it is a recurring problem! So I would actually know what the problem is?
