Flexi Club unhelpful

I have this membership for many years and now that I have a problem and trying to make arrangements they completely ignore me. Manager was suppose phone me back last week Friday. It's the next Thursday already. I can not recommend anyone getting Flexi Club. Easy to want money but no so easy to help you.
